We have recently obtained planning permission for a 45,000sq ft retail store on the site of Westhoughton Cricket Club’s ground the “Tyldesleys”. As part of the planning permission a new sporting facility will be built in Westhoughton at the “Hoskers”. This is due to be completed in Spring 2009 and will be home to Westhoughton Cricket Club and Westhoughton Lions Rugby League Club.
The retail store will be developed for J Sainsbury’s PLC.
